Responsible for project leadership across the IT portfolio by providing frameworks and direction and maximising benefit delivery and limiting project and business risk, within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost. This is a 12 month contract position based at the Head Office in Cape Town
• Manages project planning and delivery
o Take a project from inception (idea stage) through to planning and execution of the final working solution following a structured approach
o Understand and ensure that the business requirements have been understood and correctly interpreted

To manage the delivery and execution of Beauty initiatives through coordinating, driving integration, planning and guiding the activities & timelines of key stakeholders
• Managing the end-to-end projects across all beauty brands and private label
o Responsible for managing layouts, space, fixtures & fittings both at a project level and at a technical support level i.e. drawing if necessary from concept to installation
o Share drawings and layouts with key stakeholders and/ or with brand directly (make relevant changes where necessary and re brief)

o Manage the brand project timelines and ensure on time execution and delivery of projects and installation dates with each store
o Ensure risks are identified and mitigation plans are in place
o Be on site for all big projects and manage risk and changes as required
· Manage data/information
o Maintain updated detailed store plans for every store
o Maintain all brand/ private label technical drawings
· Key Stakeholder Relationships
o Meet with wider audience for early input into upcoming store projects, new stores, reductions, upgrades etc
o Facilitate continuous updates with key integration partners and stakeholders to effectively manage issues, risks and timelines.
o Agree and embed effective processes for briefing and engaging with all key integration partners and stakeholders to promote teamwork [internal & external]
· Project manage any new brands launching or exiting stores
o Agree and allocate/share space with brands
o Manage drawings and approval thereof
o Manage timelines and installation/exit dates
o Ensure brand build and all brand Visual Merchandise are installed on time
· Maintain and execute bi-annual fragrance layouts (in conjunction with Commercial Heads)– physically relay every store, update store plans and communicate changes through sales managers
· Manage all store fixture/ fitting queries, including brand Visual Merchandise element queries and address and resolve problems internally through Retail operations Group, projects and or externally with brands
· Maintain and update on a quarterly basis the overall beauty space by door productivity sheet, share and present updates and concerns to the team
· Maintain and update brand productivity numbers per store on a quarterly basis for the team to discuss performance with brands
· Responsible for quarterly reviews with teams to highlight opportunity stores and underperforming brands
· Manage and track store space productivity measures at a total level as well as at a store brand level
· Act as the liaison between Woolworths and Brands
